Price match
At Laser Direct we are proud to be very competitive, but realise on occasions you may find the same product at a lower price. Please email the product description and provide information on where you have seen the product cheaper. We will investigate and endeavour to match or beat the price.

For the Price Match to apply the following rules must be met:

1. The product must be in stock, brand new and boxed, not on sale, clearance, damaged, shop soiled or a Trademe formatted offer.
2. The comparable product price must include any surcharges ie. postage and packaging, GST etc.
3. A link to the competitor's product page must be provided.
4. We must be able to verify our competitor's price.
5. You must have requested the Price Match and have your request accepted and confirmed by us, before placing your order.

Please note: Price Matches cannot be made after an order has been processed.
